Deleting your account and data

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time, yourself. 日本語

Option 1: delete in the app (recommended, immediate)

1. Open SUIKEI.
2. Go to the Settings screen.
3. Choose Delete account.
4. Read the confirmation and confirm the deletion.

Option 2: ask us by email

If you cannot use the app, email contact@verdolab.com from your registered address with the subject "SUIKEI account deletion request". We will act on it once we have verified your identity.

What gets deleted

• Account data
• Tanks, livestock, equipment, water parameters and care logs
• Photos, notes, reminders and in-app settings

Before you delete

• Deleted accounts and data cannot be recovered.
• Deleted data is erased from our servers and backups within 90 days.
• Purchase records that we are required by law to keep may be retained for as long as necessary.
• Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Cancel it separately in the App Store or Google Play.

If you want to keep your records, export them from the app before you delete.
